Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Breakout account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return status until your refund or exchange is processed.
